Back to School Night... at a New School

This year is a BIG change for our family. We have decided to put the kids in public school. We are going to be building a home out in South Moorhead in the spring and have bought a lot to build on. We were really fortunate that the school would allow Madison and Ethan to start this fall in their new school. They are really excited!! Mom is a little nervous about them being in such a big school, but I know they will do great! It was so much fun to go to Back to School night with the kids. They loved meeting their teachers, finding their classrooms, and getting to explore their new school. They both have awesome Christian teachers... can you ask for more than that?? It is going to be a great year!!

Family Wii Night

The kids love to play the Wii. We have started to have Wii nights with the whole family. The kids and I rent a new game to try out and then we all get to play together. Our new favorite is Super Mario Kart. All the kids can play and it is so much fun to watch them help each other.
We love our family Wii nights!

Even Kai likes to get in the game... smile.

Kai's First Taste of Real Milk

Kai is getting so close to turning one, we decided to start trying to switch him over to real milk. It was so cute... the kids were all cheering for him. He just drank some.. looked at me and grinned. I guess this might not be as hard as I thought. smile.

Outdoor Fun

The kids love playing outside. This day a couple weeks ago was a great one for biking and running through the sprinklers. What a fun afternoon!

After a few attempts at the whole two wheeler thing, Ethan has finally mastered it.
It took us a while to convince him to get off his scooter, his favorite thing, and on to his bike, but once he did he loved it!!

Thanks Maddie for spreading all those Dandelion seeds... oops. Sorry Daddy!
(But isn't it cute!)

Mom~ Look at me! I can do SO BIG!! What a cute kid!

Not to be left out, Kai would crawl right behind the kids and try to steal their bikes. Too cute! Thankfully, Daddy pulled out the tractor and he seemed to be content on that... at least for a little while. :)
